Mr. Arboles spent 11 years with NBC, starting as an Emmy Award winning journalist and television broadcast executive, holding numerous leadership positions, and covering three Olympic Games, several elections, and countless national and local news stories. Prior to NBC, Mr. Arboles worked several years at CBS where he honed the craft of customer-centric television viewing and developed many innovative video presentation techniques. Mr. Arboles won 4 Golden Microphone awards and other distinguished journalistic accolades.

In 1997, senior NBC leadership promoted him to vice president of quality, where he introduced Six Sigma initiatives across an entire division of NBC. He spearheaded a number of cost-saving and revenuegenerating projects and deployed Six Sigma to more than 300 employees–developing the process for selecting, prioritizing and implementing quality-improvement projects across the division.

Mr. Arboles played a key role in website growth initiatives at NBC and the digitization of key broadcast processes. He pioneered the process of combining graphics and titling processes into a unified production solution. His internal consulting efforts generated more than $12 million dollars in savings. Mr. Arboles also led the landmark planning and integration of three digital television stations in Los Angeles, including production, sales, finance, human relations, and facilities. This effort produced the first bilingual (English-Spanish) news production facility of its kind in the country.

Since leaving NBC in 2003, Mr. Arboles has coached and consulted teams in the areas of sales, orderprocessing and customer service, mostly with world-class technology and service firms. His work has led to double-digit productivity gains, cost savings, and increases in revenue along with improvement in customer satisfaction scores.
