Ernie Arboles founded JASEC Consulting in August 2003 to provide clients with a robust offering of business-improvement solutions. These solutions range from highly stylized Six Sigma offerings, to media coaching, to traditional cost reduction on expenses.
Mr. Arboles has more than seven years of in-depth training and hands-on deployment of Six Sigma methodologies.

Mr. Arboles spent 11 years with NBC, starting as a journalist and television broadcast executive and holding numerous leadership positions, covering two Olympic Games, several elections, and numerous national and local news stories.
He was later promoted to vice president of quality where he introduced Six Sigma-initiatives across an entire division of NBC. Here he spearheaded a number of cost saving and revenue-generating projects and deployed Six Sigma to more than 300 employees--developing the methodology and process for selecting, prioritizing and implementing quality-improvement projects across the division.
Mr. Arboles played a key role in website growth initiatives at NBC and the digitization of key broadcast processes. His internal consulting efforts have generated more than $12 million dollars in savings. Mr. Arboles also led the planning and integration of three television stations in Los Angeles, producing the first bilingual (English-Spanish) news production facility of its kind in the country..
As president of JASEC Consulting, he has coached and consulted teams in the areas of sales, order-processing and customer service with world-class technology and service firms. His work has led to productivity gains, cost savings, and increases in revenue and customer satisfaction.
Mr. Arboles is the recipient of several distinguished broadcasting awards. He has earned four Emmy Awards from the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for outstanding television news broadcasts. He is also recepient of four Golden Mike awards and numerous certificates of merit.
Mr. Arboles holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and an MBA in Finance, Organizational Behavior, Marketing & Sales from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Master Black Belt in the discipline of Six Sigma.
